Suany Stroud Frontaan, MFT-I
Marriage & Family Therapist Intern
I approach therapy with deep respect for the stories people carry and the communities that have shaped them. My style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that healing happens in relationship—with ourselves, with others, and within the systems we navigate every day. I am fluent in English and Spanish.
My work is rooted in a systemic, culturally responsive lens that honors the intersections of identity, culture, and lived experience. Whether you’re exploring generational patterns, navigating relationship challenges, questioning identity, or carrying the weight of expectations, I strive to create a space that is affirming, nonjudgmental, and centered on your voice. Therapy should feel like a place where you can exhale, feel fully seen, and begin to rewrite the narratives that no longer serve you.
I work with individuals, couples, and families seeking clarity, connection, and meaningful change—especially those who have felt unseen or misunderstood in other spaces. I am particularly passionate about supporting BIPOC clients, emerging adults, and those impacted by trauma, systemic oppression, or family-of-origin wounds.
In our work together, you can expect curiosity, compassion, and practical tools to help you move toward the life and relationships you want. I integrate Narrative, Strategic, and trauma-informed approaches, always adapting to your unique needs and cultural context.
I believe therapy is not about “fixing” you—it’s about partnering with you as you reclaim your story, reconnect with your strengths, and create lasting, meaningful change. If you’re ready to explore your next chapter, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
