Rates
$150-175 for intake session
Ongoing sessions range from $125-$200 per 45-50 minute session
For our interns we offer a flat rate of $40/individual session and $60/couples & family sessions
Insurance
Many of our services are covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefits plan. Coverage varies depending on your specific plan and the clinician you work with.

- Optum (including NYCE, UnitedHealthcare, Oxford, and UMR/Surest)

- World Trade Center Health Program
If you have questions about your coverage or benefits, we’re happy to help you verify your insurance and understand your options before getting started.
We are not in network with NYSHIP, but we do submit claims based on your out of network benefits.
*We can provide superbills to submit to your insurance for reimbursement through your out of network benefits*
Payment
A reliable credit card is recommended on file. We also accept Cash (exact amount) and Checks.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a $125.00 cancellation fee.
***Intake forms and method of payment must be completed within 24 hours of booking your appointment. If intake forms and payment information is not provided within 24 hours of booking, your appointment slot is still open to other potential clients unless otherwise discussed.***

You can now view specific details about your appointments, access forms and send messages to the office with your questions through the Patient Portal.
