Rates
$150 for intake session
Ongoing sessions range from $125-$180 per 45-minute session
For our interns we offer $25/individual and $40/couples & families
Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Depending on the clinician, Open-Minded MFT is in network with Cigna, United Healthcare, Oxford, Oscar, UMR/Surest, and World Trade Center Health Program.
*We can provide superbills to submit to your insurance for reimbursement through your out of network benefits*
Payment
A reliable credit card must be provided in your patient portal at all times.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a $125.00 cancellation fee.
***Intake forms and method of payment must be completed within 24 hours of booking your appointment. If intake forms and payment information is not provided within 24 hours of booking, your appointment slot is still open to other potential clients unless otherwise discussed.***
Patient Portal
You can now view specific details about your appointments, access forms and send messages to the office with your questions through the Patient Portal.
