Christopher Stulich, LMSW

Licensed Masters Social Worker

Hello! I’m a psychotherapist who helps people make sense of their inner world—whether that means managing anxiety and stress, navigating grief or breakups, facing life transitions, or unpacking deeper patterns connected to trauma, identity, or meaning.

My approach is warm, grounded, and emotionally focused. I draw from attachment theory, psychodynamic work, IFS, and EFT, while integrating cognitive and mindfulness tools when helpful. Therapy with me isn’t about quick fixes — it’s about building real clarity, emotional regulation, and lasting inner alignment.

I specialize in working with adults who carry invisible weight: spiritual confusion, religious trauma, existential questions, or the complex intersection of faith and LGBTQ+ identity. I also support couples, children, and families, offering steadiness through relational tension, grief, and major transitions. I have experience with clients navigating substance use, compulsive behaviors, and coping patterns that no longer serve them.

Many of the people I work with come from communities that have felt misunderstood or marginalized, and they carry a quiet ache because of it. Whether tied to culture, faith, race, or identity, I hold space for those realities with care and without assumption.

A lot of my clients appear high-functioning but feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or exhausted underneath—whether from perfectionism, OCD tendencies, burnout, attention or executive functioning challenges, or simply trying to stay afloat in a chaotic world.

Whether we’re exploring attachment wounds, managing present-day stressors, or making sense of life’s complexities, I bring curiosity, clarity, and deep respect for your process. You don’t have to hold it all alone.
