Iyana Washington, MFT-Intern
Pre-licensed Therapist
Taking the step to seek therapy is a courageous decision, and I’m honored to be part of your journey. My approach is centered on creating a supportive, non-judgmental space where we can explore your experiences together, at a pace that feels right for you. Whether you’re facing challenges in your relationships, grappling with identity, or navigating life’s transitions, I’m here to offer guidance and understanding as we work through it side by side.
I’m currently pursuing my master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Northcentral University, with a focus on LGBTQ+ couples and families. I also have experience in Crisis Counseling through The Trevor Project, where I supported LGBTQ+ youth during some of their most difficult times.
My work is driven by a passion for helping individuals and couples navigate relationship complexities, identity struggles, and societal pressures. Whether it’s healing from family rejection, improving communication, or building resilience, I’m here to help you find healing and build deeper connections.
My goal is to help you create a sense of belonging, while always honoring the unique journey you’re on.
