Marriage & Family Therapist Limited Permit

Taking the first step toward therapy is an act of courage, and I honor the trust it takes to share your story with someone new. As a clinician, I approach our work with collaboration, curiosity, and respect. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported—never pushed before you’re ready. Therapy is a journey we navigate together, at your pace.

I am a pre-licensed Marriage and Family Therapist working toward full licensure. I speak fluently in English and Russian language. My background includes a strong foundation in psychology as well as experience in patient care and healthcare financial management. These experiences have strengthened my ability to build meaningful connections, understand complex systems, and support individuals through challenging life circumstances.

My clinical focus includes working with individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, and relationship concerns. I help clients explore the roots of their struggles, uncover patterns that no longer serve them, and develop tools to manage emotional and relational stress.

While I integrate multiple modalities, my primary approach is Narrative Therapy—a model centered on the belief that people are not their problems. Together, we work to separate you from the problem, deconstruct unhelpful stories, and build new narratives aligned with your values and preferred identity. I also draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients understand how thoughts shape emotions and actions.

My mission is to provide an empathetic, nonjudgmental environment where your story can be explored, honored, and rewritten in ways that empower healing and growth
